In order to reshape the sense of happiness in this life and promote high-quality economic and social development, the government of Qinggang County, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, has resolutely launched the renovation project of old residential pump houses. During this period, Kaiquan, with its excellent professional strength, took on the responsibility of supplying the first phase of secondary water supply and pressurization equipment.
Challenge and innovation coexist
The renovation project was not smooth sailing. The cold climate in the north, the unique structure of old residential areas, and the urgent project schedule have all posed severe challenges for Kaiquan's engineers.
The insulation problem of outdoor pump stations: In the harsh winter of northern China, how to ensure the normal operation of outdoor pump station equipment has become the primary issue. In response to this, the Kaiquan technical team coordinated with external manufacturers, conducted repeated experiments, and finally developed a new insulation solution for the box, successfully solving this problem.
The dilemma of placing water tanks: The placement of outdoor water tanks requires both safety and cost considerations. Kaiquan innovatively proposed the concept of "intermediate transition water tank", which not only improves the safety of the water tank but also reduces costs, and has been highly recognized by customers.
Optimization of pipeline design: The burial and insulation of household pipelines are also difficult points in the project. In response to this, Kaiquan has optimized the pipeline design (inlet and outlet design on the household pipeline side, pipeline insulation+electric tracing equipment), added corrugated compensators, and effectively alleviated the impact of ground settlement on the pipeline.
For the special needs of high-rise buildings, Kaiquan cleverly integrates the high and low area water supply systems into a pump station, achieving dual optimization of space and cost. In addition, Kaiquan actively promotes the intelligent upgrade of equipment, changes the connection method of drainage channels, optimizes the design of intelligent door locks, making them more suitable for low-temperature environments and improving the sealing of the box.
Accurate policy implementation and efficient promotion
Faced with the urgent schedule requirements, Kaiquan worked closely with the owner to efficiently complete a series of preliminary work such as land acquisition and design adjustments. At the same time, flexible strategies such as merging outdoor pump station models and adopting a small number of pre production have significantly improved the overall construction progress of the project.
It is precisely this efficient, collaborative, and precise work style that enabled Kaiquan to undertake the second and third phases of the project from 2021 to 2023 after completing the first phase. Kaiquan supplied 26 sets of integrated smart pump rooms, 30 sets of fully automatic water supply equipment, and 6 sets of directly connected water supply equipment to old residential areas in Qinggang County, benefiting nearly 75000 households and opening a new chapter in the field of outdoor pump stations in Kaiquan's northeast market.
